Mike Boswell

Mike Boswell has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Mike currently serves as the CFO and Director at Mission Solutions Group, Inc. since 2015. In 2020, they became the Managing Director at Digital Offering LLC, where they focus on technology and innovation. Mike previously held the position of Managing Director at TriPoint Capital Advisors, LLC since 2000, specializing in corporate consulting and mergers and acquisitions. From 2006 to 2020, Mike served as the President and COO at Tripoint Global Equities, LLC, providing advisory services to emerging growth companies.

Mike Boswell attended the University of Maryland from 1987 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In addition to their formal education, Mike also obtained certifications in Series 24, 62, 79, 82, 99, and 63 from FINRA.
