Amanda Sinclair

Amanda Sinclair has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Amanda began their career in 2008 as a Special Event Coordinator at Canton Leisure Services. Amanda then moved to Ameriprise Financial as a Financial Planner's Assistant in 2010 and later joined HelloWorld, Inc. as an Associate Project Manager in 2011.

In 2013, Amanda joined AAA Life Insurance Company, where they held two roles. First, they worked as an Email Marketing Specialist, managing email marketing initiatives and ensuring deliverability and overall account reputation. Amanda then transitioned into a Marketing Analyst role, acting as a project manager for direct mail campaigns.

Amanda's next role was as an Integrated CRM Manager at Great Expressions Dental Centers starting in 2018. Here, they managed omni-channel CRM programs, led cross-functional project teams, and developed a CRM strategic road map. Amanda also focused on expanding marketing programs and driving patient acquisition and retention through loyalty initiatives.

Most recently, Amanda worked as the Director of Marketing at Mission Veterinary Partners. Their responsibilities included leading the development and execution of call center infrastructure and marketing automation technology. Amanda also spearheaded the corporate website redesign, digital marketing programs, and compliance initiatives, resulting in significant revenue growth.

Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated expertise in marketing automation platforms, email marketing, project management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Amanda Sinclair attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communication and Culture Studies.
