Jennifer Smiles, CPC ELI-MP has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jennifer is currently the Owner of Jen Smiles Coaching and Consulting, LLC, a coaching and consulting company they founded in 2022. Prior to that, Jennifer served as the Vice President of Talent & Performance Management at Mission Veterinary Partners starting in 2021.

From 2016 to 2021, Jennifer held various roles at North American Bancard, including Vice President of Talent Management, Director of Learning and Development, and IT Change Management. Prior to that, they worked at Atlas Oil Company as the Director of Customer Experience, where they were responsible for managing multiple teams and implementing customer feedback metrics.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at TrackSpeed as the Director of HR, Accounting Manager, and Business Analyst, and at Universal Group of Companies as a Process Improvement Analyst. Jennifer also served as an HR Manager at StoneAge.com and Homestead USA.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in talent management, performance management, learning and development, customer experience, process improvement, and HR.

Jennifer Smiles, CPC ELI-MP, attended the University of Michigan from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through iPEC Coaching in November 2022. Jennifer also obtained the Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification from iPEC Coaching in March 2022. In addition, Jennifer received specialized certifications in various areas of coaching, including COR.E Dynamics | Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist (CLDS), COR.E Dynamics | Performance Dynamics™ Specialist (CPDS), and COR.E Dynamics | Transitions Dynamics™ Specialist (CTDS), all from iPEC Coaching, in February 2022. Jennifer completed the "Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies" course from LinkedIn in May 2021 and the "Fostering Belonging as a Leader" course from LinkedIn in January 2021. Jennifer also holds the ICF Member Badge, obtained from the International Coaching Federation in October 2021.
