Nicole Nguyen Wick

Nicole Nguyen Wick is an experienced leader in operations management with a strong background in the veterinary and education sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations at Mission Pet Health since July 2017, Nicole previously held the position of Vice President Operations at Southern Veterinary Partners, where leadership was provided to a team of 12 regional operators supporting over 170 hospitals. Nicole's earlier roles include Regional Operations Director at Southern Veterinary Partners, where responsibilities included operations and P&L management for multiple hospitals, and Field Operations Director at Banfield Pet Hospital, overseeing 19 veterinary hospitals. Nicole's career began with a focus on child advocacy as a Counselor at Care House/Judson Center, guiding victims of sexual abuse, followed by a District Manager role at KinderCare Education, managing sales and operations for a district of seventeen centers. Nicole holds a BS in Counseling Psychology from Rochester Christian University and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Walsh College.
