Bailie Rouse is a Licensed Professional Counselor currently employed at Journey Counseling since January 2022, while also serving as Volunteer Director at Mission Waco Mission World since October 2021. Bailie earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure, Youth, and Human Services from the University of Northern Iowa.

Mission Waco Mission World is a non-profit organization in Waco, Texas and beyond with our services at Mission World. Our mission is to provide Christian-based, holistic, relationship-based programs that empower the poor and marginalized. Mobilize middle-class Americans to become more compassionately involved among the poor. Seek ways to overcome the systemic issues of social injustice which oppress the poor and marginalized. We do this throughout a variety of programs ranging from our homeless shelter/Meyer Center and social services, social enterprises (World Cup Cafe & Fair-Trade, Jubilee Food Market, Urban REAP, The Colcord Center, The Clothesline), after school programs for children + youth, global programs, and more.
