Bailie Rouse

Bailie Rouse is a Licensed Professional Counselor currently employed at Journey Counseling since January 2022, while also serving as Volunteer Director at Mission Waco Mission World since October 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Mental Health Counselor at the Family Outreach Center and 3rdChair, where Bailie provided therapy, case management, and crisis services, diagnosed mental health disorders, and implemented treatment plans. Prior to those positions, Bailie's background includes administrative support roles at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, various positions at Wedgwood Christian Services, and experience in aquatic therapy as a Water Therapy Instructor. Bailie earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure, Youth, and Human Services from the University of Northern Iowa.
