Victoria Lopez-Negrete

Victoria Lopez-Negrete has a long history of successful roles in the financial services and payments industry. Victoria began their career in 1993 as the Director of Medios de Pago at BBVA-Mexico, where they were responsible for overseeing business-critical functions and grew credit card spend by 30%. In 1995, they moved to Citibank Chile as the Head of Marketing and Service Quality/VP, where they led a major change management initiative and tripled ROI on marketing investments. In 1997, they joined Citibank Mexico as the Director of Cards and Marketing/VP, and was instrumental in positioning Citibank as Mexico's fastest growing Visa and MasterCard issuer. From 1999 to 2008, they served as the Executive Director of Regional Credit Cards/Vice-President at Citigroup Latin America Consumer Bank, where they drove enterprise-level vision and strategy for the credit card portfolio spanning 13 countries. In 2002, they became the Executive Group Account Director at Lopez Negrete Communications. From 2008 to 2015, they were the Senior Vice President and General Manager of North America at Western Union, where they led growth in the North America region and served nearly 24 million retail customers and bank customers. Finally, in 2022, they became an Advisor of Customer Experience at Rellevate, Inc.

Victoria Lopez-Negrete holds a Licenciatura in Sciences of Social Communications from Universidad Anáhuac.
