Previous roles include Advisor for Enterprise GIS at the Region of Peel and GIS Manager/Coordinator at MMM Group. James has also held significant positions such as Director of Business Solutions and IT at the Regional Municipality of Durham and GIS Manager at J.D. Barnes Limited. James holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Geography from the University of Waterloo.
