Sandro Torresan is a seasoned professional in transportation and asset management, currently serving as the Manager of Transportation Asset Management at the City of Mississauga since April 2014. In this role, Sandro oversees the infrastructure asset management program for the Roads service area, focusing on risk-based assessments and lifecycle analysis to enhance investment and capital renewal planning for transportation assets. Previous positions held at the City of Mississauga include Supervisor of Transportation Infrastructure and Asset Management Coordinator, and prior to that, Sandro worked at the Corporation of the City of Brampton in various supervisory and technical roles from 1992 to 2006. Sandro holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, earned from 1985 to 1990, and completed secondary education at Michael Power - St. Joseph's High School from 1980 to 1985.
