Greg Baldwin

Greg Baldwin has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Greg started their career in 1996 as a Senior Personnel Associate at Cooper Power Systems. Greg then moved on to work as the Director of Human Resources at The Specialty Hospital of Meridian and later as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Rush Health Systems, Inc. In 1999, they became the Director of Human Resources at Rush Medical Group, PA. From 2005 to 2012, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Rush Health Systems, Inc. Greg then joined Pioneer Health Services, where they served as the Associate Vice President and later the Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Mississippi Baptist Health Systems, a position they have held since 2015.

Greg Baldwin earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama in 1990. Greg then pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore between 1992 and 1994. In terms of certifications, Greg obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in February 1998 from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in January 2008 from the same institution.
