Jim Miller

Jim Miller is the Owner of HRC Consulting Group, providing grant consulting services for non-profit and public organizations since April 2022. Currently serving as the Assistant Director for Resource Development at the Mississippi Community College Board since March 2019, Jim conducts extensive research and analysis of grant information and has previously played a key role in liaising for the PDG B-5 Initiative. Jim has held multiple positions in career services at Delta State University and Mississippi College, focusing on employer relations and student employment opportunities. Earlier experience includes roles at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi and the Charleston Museum, complemented by a strong educational background with a Doctorate and Master's in Higher Education Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi and Mississippi College, respectively.
