Lisa Luke

Lisa Luke has over 20 years of experience in training and administrative support within the human resources sector, currently serving as a Training Analyst at Mississippi Power since 2003. Previously, Lisa held the role of Administrative Assistant to the Human Resource Director, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive support to HR, Employee Relations, and Disability Management departments, and fostering relationships with the MPC Retiree Organization. Demonstrating strong budget management skills, Lisa effectively monitored and forecasted budgets to meet financial goals. Prior experience as a Division Assistant highlighted skills in process improvement and cost-saving initiatives, including significant savings in telecommunications. Earlier, Lisa worked as a Marketing Promotions Coordinator at Park Place Entertainment, managing vendor contracts and leading collaborations for promotional events. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and is a graduate of Gulfport High School.
