Carrine Blank

Carrine Blank is a highly skilled microbiologist and entrepreneur currently serving as the CEO, Co-Founder, Lead Scientist, and Microbiologist at CarbonNutra LLC since August 2018, where sustainable technology utilizing microalgae and waste crustacean shells is developed to clean water and produce biomass. Additionally, Carrine Blank has held an on-call position as an Election Aide for Missoula County since February 2016, managing voter registrations and assisting the public. Carrine Blank also contributes as a Grant Proposal Reviewer at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) since April 2021, reviewing biomedical research proposals. With a strong academic background, Carrine Blank was a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Montana and an Assistant Professor at Washington University. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and two BSc degrees in Molecular Cell Biology and Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Washington.
