Missoula County
Elisha Buchholz is an experienced professional in equity, advocacy, and organizational management. Currently serving as the Equity Coordinator for Missoula County, Elisha leads initiatives to eliminate inequities through justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) programs while advising county leadership on community engagement. Previously, Elisha worked as the Empowerment Manager for Montana Food Bank Network, where the role involved developing programs to reduce food insecurity and advocating for policy change. Additional experience includes positions at the University of Montana in various administrative and coordination roles, as well as managing operations at Zoo City Massage. Elisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Montana, further underpinning a commitment to social equity and community empowerment.
