Monica Smith

Monica Smith, MSN, RN, NE-BC, FACHE, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Missouri Baptist Medical Center, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Monica Smith was the Chief Operating Officer at Boone Health from August 2015 to April 2024, where responsibilities included oversight as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer. Monica Smith earned a Master's degree in Nursing from the Sinclair School of Nursing at the University of Missouri, Columbia.
