Christine Owens

Christine Owens, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at the Missouri Department of Transportation since November 2015, Christine previously held the same title at Lowes from December 2008 to November 2015, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with HR policies and OFCCP regulations while fostering employee engagement and succession planning.
