Josh Youngblood is currently the Environmental and Public Policy Manager at Missouri Public Utility Alliance since July 2021. Prior to this role, Josh served as the Water Quality Superintendent-Wastewater at the City Of Nixa from March 2008 to July 2021. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Drury University, where Josh also obtained an Associate of Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management.
