Paul Moyer

Paul Moyer has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Missouri State Employees' Retirement System since March 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles in the State of Missouri, including Information Technology Business Relationship Manager, Information Technology Manager, and IT Supervisor, between 2012 and 2022. Before joining the State of Missouri, Paul worked as an Application Developer at Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan from 2008 to 2012 and at the State of Missouri- Office of Administration from 2001 to 2008.

Paul Moyer attended Westminster College (MO) from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management Information Systems, General. Paul also holds a certification in Professional Agile Leadership (PAL-1) from Scrum.org.
