Jim Rosen

Jim Rosen, CCIM, has extensive experience in the real estate industry, serving as Vice President of Brokerage at Pace Properties since August 1999. Additionally, Jim has been a Senior Instructor at the CCIM Institute since 1997, teaching courses in financial analysis, user decision analysis, and real estate negotiations. Jim also contributes to the Missouri State High School Activities Association as a football official and state rule interpreter since October 1971. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Midwest Investments at Regency Centers from 1997 to 1999 and Commercial Real Estate Broker at Midland Development Group from 1993 to 1997. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Secondary Education from Westminster College (MO), earned between 1971 and 1975.
