Rachael M. Dockery

Rachael Dockery serves as the General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs and Compliance at Missouri State University since July 2014, providing legal advice and representation to the University system, including contract review and policy recommendations. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and as General Counsel at CoxHealth, where Rachael provided legal analysis concerning healthcare regulations and compliance issues. Rachael's earlier background includes litigation as a Shareholder at Strong-Garner-Bauer, P.C., and as a Child Abuse Prosecutor in Arkansas. Rachael began legal training as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Nancy Steffen Rahmeyer at the Missouri Court of Appeals. Rachael holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas.
