MISSSEY
Bex Hicks currently serves as the Prevention and Training Facilitator at MISSSEY, Inc. since May 2024. Previous experience includes roles such as Youth Services Health Educator at Mission Neighborhood Health Center, State Certified Sexual Assault Survivor Advocate at Bay Area Women Against Rape, and Certified Sex Educator at San Francisco Sex Information, among others. Bex has demonstrated expertise in health education, case management, and advocacy within various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Public Health and a Masters in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Anthropology and Environmental Studies from Middlebury College. Bex also participated in an immersive study abroad program in French at Université Catholique d'Afrique Centrale and obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma from United World College Costa Rica.
