Camila Noroña Padilla has a diverse work experience starting from 2017 as a Communications Intern at IMPAQTO for four years. Camila then worked as a Student at EAE Business School from April 2021 to October 2022. Following that, they joined GELT as a Users Happiness Support from September 2021 to October 2022. Currently, they are working at Miss Tipsi as a Customer Success professional from September 2022 onwards.

Camila Noroña Padilla began their education in 2015 at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where they pursued a degree in organizational communication and public relations. Camila successfully completed their studies in 2019. In 2017, Camila briefly attended the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona to specialize in public relations, although no specific degree was mentioned.
