The Human Resources Team at Groupe Mister Menuiserie is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent development. The team ensures that the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent aligned with the company's growth and innovation goals. This includes recruiting 100 new employees in 2023, maintaining workplace culture, and supporting the overall employee lifecycle from onboarding to career progression.
