Sophie Rosol

Sophie Rosol is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at Groupe Mister Menuiserie, overseeing HR operations for 160 employees since September 2023. Prior to this role, Sophie contributed to buildingSMART FRANCE - Mediaconstruct as Chargée de développement Compétences from April 2021 to September 2023, focusing on supporting the digital transition in construction through skills development.
