Cedric DUFRECHOU

Cedric DUFRECHOU has worked for misterb&b since 2016. From 2016-2017, they worked as a Legal Officer (Intern), providing general legal support for the various teams and functions, with a focus on law and taxation of the sharing economy, online platforms and tourism, consumer rights, and e-commerce. Cedric also evaluated legal risks. In 2017, they were promoted to Legal Affairs Manager/Data Protection Officer, where they were responsible for recurring legal areas in Europe, North America, and Aus/NZ, as well as in-house counsel tasks. Cedric managed a legal team of two full-time legal counsels, participated in the steering committee of the misterb&b corporate group, and acted as the DPO for the corporate group. Cedric also managed registration/authorization processes, provided legal research and advice, monitored legal and institutional compliance, drafted contracts, and managed pre-litigation and litigation.

Cedric DUFRECHOU began their educational journey in 2014 when they attended the Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux and completed an M1 in European and international law. Cedric then moved to the Jagiellonian University where they earned a Bachelor Degree in Law and Political Sciences as part of an Erasmus program. In 2015, Cedric attended the University of Paris I: Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne and completed an M2 Research in International law and international organizations.
