Daniel Healow

Daniel Healow serves as Legal Counsel at Mistral AI since September 2025, following a tenure at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP where Daniel held various titles, including Senior Associate and Managing Associate in Tech Transactions from February 2021 to September 2025. Prior experience includes an Associate role in IP & Tech Transactions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from September 2018 to February 2021, and earlier positions as a Legal Investigations Specialist at Google and a Legal Intern at Workday. Daniel's internship experiences also include roles with the Office of Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr., the California Forestry Association, and the Civil Justice Association of California. Daniel earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Washington School of Law in 2018 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley in 2013.
