Khyathi Chandu

Khyathi Chandu is an AI Research Scientist at Mistral AI since October 2024, following a tenure as a Research Scientist at the Allen Institute for AI from January 2023 to October 2024. Prior research experience includes positions at Meta as a Research Scientist and Research Intern from May 2021 to January 2023. Khyathi's academic background includes a Master's degree in Language Technologies with a focus on Natural Language Processing from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.Tech in Computer Science along with an MS by Research in Computational Linguistics from IIIT Hyderabad. Khyathi also served as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, contributing to the course on the Design and Engineering of Intelligent Information Systems.
