Vincent Maladière

Vincent Maladière is an experienced applied scientist currently working at Mistral AI since August 2025. Prior to this role, Vincent co-founded :probabl. and served as an AI/ML Research Engineer at Inria, where significant contributions included the development of EDS-Scikit, an open-source data analysis package. Vincent has also lectured at École Polytechnique and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, focusing on data science and survival analysis courses. Previous positions include co-founding Avalanche, a company aimed at CO2 capture through enhanced biomass growth, and working as a data scientist at Spendesk and Dolead, where advanced machine learning techniques were applied to improve forecasting and advertising strategies. Vincent holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Grenoble INP - Phelma.
