Joel C. Hill, CSCP, CPSM is an experienced professional in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as the Head of Global Sourcing & Procurement at MISTRAS Group since January 2025. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of Director at AlixPartners, focusing on pivotal moments for companies such as mergers and transformations from March 2019 to January 2025. Joel's career also includes roles as a Supply Chain Analytics Consultant at IBM, a Procurement Analytics Consultant at Accenture, and a Senior Buyer MRO/Services at Oxy.
