Matt Moy

Matt Moy, GISP, currently serves as a Technical Sales Executive at MISTRAS Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at ENTRUST Solutions Group from April 2019 to September 2025, including Sr. GIS Consulting Specialist and GIS Consulting Specialist, focusing on project management and technical guidance in GIS applications. Matt has extensive experience in reviewing project budgets, leading initiatives, and developing pipeline risk assessment frameworks for natural gas operators. Additionally, Matt served as a Board Member of the Illinois GIS Association from November 2023 to October 2024. Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sustainability and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2018.
