Kevin Robbie

Principal Scientist at MistyWest

Kevin Robbie is a Principal Scientist at MistyWest, and an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in research and teaching. Kevin has over 18 years of experience in the field, and has been involved in many complex projects involving scientific machines and high-voltage electrical systems. Kevin is skilled in programming, computational modeling, and writing engineering specifications. Kevin has taught 25 courses to approximately 500 students, and has supervised many engineers, technicians, postdoctoral fellows, and students throughout their career.

Dr. Kevin Robbie is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Alberta. Kevin holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta, as well as a BSc in Engineering Physics from the University of Alberta. Kevin is a Professional Engineer in both Ontario and British Columbia, and is certified by the Professional Engineers Ontario and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC.

They work with Varad Arya - Hardware Product Designer, Shirin Toloue - Electrical Engineer, and Dan Millar - Chief Revenue Officer. Kevin Robbie reports to Leigh Christie, Founder.
