Nick Crumlett

Nick Crumlett has extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Nick started as a Production Assistant at Ten Thirteen Productions in 2000 before transitioning to the role of Office Manager at WestAmerica Mortgage Company in 2001. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Mortgage Processing and Post Closing Manager at Bank of America.

In 2008, Nick joined Americaneagle.com as the Director of Ecommerce, where they led the highest volume and highest profit branch of the company. During their tenure, they achieved significant growth in volume and profitability, onboarded multiple eCommerce platforms, and transitioned the division to an agile methodology.

In 2018, Nick joined MISUMI USA as the Sr. Director of Software Development. Nick successfully facilitated the transition of front end development operations from the Japanese headquarters to the US local development team. Within a short period, they created a 5-year roadmap for website enhancements and was promoted to oversee all software development within two years. Their responsibilities included interviewing and hiring staff, conducting annual reviews, budget maintenance, strategic planning, and resource management. Nick also played a crucial role as the User Experience specialist.

Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of achieving impressive results in their roles.

Nick Crumlett obtained a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and English Literature from DePaul University. Nick attended this institution from 1994 to 1997.
