Ameen Salim

Ameen Salim is currently the treasurer at Miswag. Prior to this, they worked as the head of business operations at Chick Mania Entertainment from May 2018 to July 2020. Before that, they were a youth and entrepreneurship consultant at Zain Iraq from November 2016 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for building entrepreneurship eco system maps and identifying youth groups to partner, long-term planning in youth empowerment, and executing ZINC (Zain Innovation Campus) multiple buildups in Iraq. Ameen also conducted partnerships with local entities/NGOs/organizations to coordinate youth empowerment, built an annual calendar for activities/workshops/hackathons/training sessions across the country, and engaged other departments in youth operations. Ameen Salim has also navigated potential startups integration/partnership in Iraq, expanded youth empowerment operations in universities nationwide, and supported sales functions in the domain area.

Ameen Salim has a Master in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor in Software Engineering from Al Ahliyya Amman University. Ameen also has certification from Lynda.com in Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization and from Google in Google's Appreciation Certificate.

Ameen Salim reports to Laith Ali, Finance Manager. They are on a team with Reiam Khaled - Junior Accountant Associate, Nagham Khudairi - Junior Accountant, and Amjad Shaheed - Junior Accountant.
