Mat joined MIT Technology Review from BuzzFeed News, where he was an executive editor and launched the BuzzFeed News tech desk where his teams won the Polk award, Livingston award, and Pulitzer Prize. A former WIRED magazine columnist and senior writer, Honan has covered the tech industry for more than 20 years.
