Dr. Bob Habib

Dr. Bob Habib serves as the Lead Instructional Systems Specialist and Policy Developer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where responsibilities include developing training and education policies for the United States Coast Guard and collaborating with the Department of Defense. With extensive experience in instructional design, Dr. Habib has held various roles in training and curriculum development for both military and educational institutions, including positions at Regent University and MIT World Peace University as an adjunct professor and curriculum developer. Additionally, Dr. Habib contributes as a Content Expert Columnist for Higher Education Digest® and is actively involved in multiple advisory and leadership roles, including membership in the Military Friendly Advisory Council. Dr. Habib's educational background includes a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and multiple master's degrees focused on education and online teaching.
