Keith Mallia

Keith Mallia is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology, currently serving as the Platform Engineering Services Manager and Service Delivery Manager at the Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA). With a background as an ITIL Expert and Approved Trainer at PEOPLECERT, Keith has extensive experience in service management. Previous roles include NOC Manager and Disaster Recovery Coordinator within the Command and Control Centre, also at the Malta Information Technology Agency. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Management from the University of London, completed between 2011 and 2014.
