Philip Tsai is an experienced professional in quality assurance and project management, currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at 神達 since November 2018, overseeing server assembly and SMT/DIP processes. Previously, Philip held the position of Project Manager at TPV, managing projects related to TV ODM and OEM for foreign clients. Philip also worked as an R&D Senior Engineer at 中強光電, focusing on notebook screen design and assembly, and served as Quality Assurance Senior Engineer at Kismart, where responsibilities included various quality management tasks. Additionally, Philip held roles in customer service and process integration at 台達電子 and CPT, respectively, supporting major clients such as Samsung, Sony, Dell, and Philips. Philip holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering Management from National Chiao Tung University.
