Crystal Chiu

Crystal Chiu is an experienced human resources professional with a progressive career at Mitacs from December 2017 to the present, where roles have included Director of HR Operations and HR Generalist, contributing to the organization’s mission of fostering research and training programs across Canada. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Consultant and Project Manager at MOSAIC, focused on community business projects for immigrant and refugee communities, and a Customer Service Representative at TD Canada Trust, facilitating personal and small business banking services. Crystal Chiu holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Workplace Training and Development from Queen's University, a Human Resources Management Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Management Dual Degree from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from The University of British Columbia.
