As the Founder and CEO of MITCHA since January 2018, Hilda has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise and strategic vision. Previously, Hilda served as the Sales Marketing Manager at Al Ahram Beverages Company-Heineken Egypt from August 2010 to August 2013, where responsibilities included managing key accounts, promoting brand visibility, and devising tailored sales strategies that resulted in significant market share growth in Alexandria. Hilda's earlier experience includes a decade in customer service with Lufthansa from March 2000 to March 2010. Hilda holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
