Eric Alain

Eric Alain joined the Mitchel Lincoln team in late 2020, taking over the reigns as our Vice President of Human Resources. After an extensive career as a human resource professional and manager, Eric brings to Mitchel Lincoln a talent for union management, team management and leadership, all with a background in the transportation and production industries to support him. A member of the CHRA since 2008, he ensures he stays abreast of updates in the HR industry, all of which helps foster the collaborative team environment he works diligently to create wherever he goes.

Eric loves to spend time outdoors. He takes any opportunity to hike or kayak and spends a few weekends each summer camping with his family!
