Mathieu Girard

Mathieu Girard has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and workplace safety. Mathieu began their career at Médisys in 2003 as a Kinesiologist and continued in that role until 2008. In 2002, they joined Actiforme as a Kinesiologist and stayed there for seven years.

In 2010, Mathieu started working at Lassonde as a Coordinator of Health, Safety, and Well-being. Mathieu held this position until 2016 when they were promoted to Manager of Canadian Operations Health and Safety and HR Advisor. Then, in 2019, they became the Director of Human Resources and was responsible for various HR functions until 2023, when they assumed the role of Senior Director of Human Resources.

Mathieu Girard attended Université de Sherbrooke from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a Baccalauréat en kinésiologie. Mathieu returned to Université de Sherbrooke from 2010 to 2012 to complete a Certificat en santé et sécurité au travail.
