James Patsalides

James Patsalides, Ph.D., serves as the Chair of the Division of Business at Mitchell College, where responsibilities include leading a newly established business division and contributing as an Advisory Board Member for the DIHEE digital workforce education platform. With extensive experience in academia, James has held roles such as Associate Professor of Business and founding faculty for the Business Learning Lab at Mitchell College, as well as adjunct positions at various institutions, including the University of Bridgeport and Central Connecticut State University. Professional background includes significant leadership experience in project management and innovation at startups and educational institutions, complemented by a strong focus on teaching neurodiverse students. James holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Sustainability Education from Prescott College, and has contributed to the development of several academic programs and courses in management, entrepreneurship, and project management.
