Wrenford Thaffe

Wrenford Thaffe is an Assistant Professor of Management at the State University of New York at Oswego, with a rich background in academia and recruitment. Previously, Wrenford served as a PhD Candidate and Lecturer at the University of Ottawa, where extensive experience included teaching undergraduate courses on Entrepreneurship. Prior to academia, Wrenford founded Scope Research and Consulting, specializing in HR technologies, and held various roles in executive recruiting at Impact Recruiting and WinterWyman. Additional experience includes curriculum consulting at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and presenting live science talks at the Museum of Science in Boston. Wrenford holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from The University of the West Indies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry, Art, and the History of Art from Amherst College.
