Michelle Mason

Michelle Mason serves as the Executive Director of Admissions at Mitchell College, overseeing campus recruitment and promoting a culture of inclusive excellence. Previously, as Dual Director of Admissions for Three Rivers Community College and Quinebaug Valley Community College, Michelle led two admissions teams while managing departmental budgets. Experience also includes a role at Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, focusing on human resources onboarding and compliance, and serving as the Director of Admissions and Recruitment for Study Abroad at the University of New Haven, where Michelle developed retention strategies. Throughout a long tenure at the University of New Haven, Michelle held multiple positions, significantly increasing enrollment numbers and implementing successful marketing strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Central Connecticut State University, an MBA, and a Project Management Certificate from the University of New Haven.
