Dawn Ponico

Dawn Ponico has extensive work experience in human resources and recruiting. Dawn is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Mitchell Martin Inc., a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Senior Vice President Human Resources, Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Manager at the same company. Dawn has also worked as a National Learning Manager at Randstad from January 2012 to October 2013. Dawn started their career at Mitchell Martin Inc. as an IT Recruiter/Project Coordinator in 1999. Dawn has also worked at other companies such as Comforce, Kelly IT Services, Sears, Roebuck and Co., and Walt Disney World.

Dawn Ponico holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Education from Fairfield University, which they obtained between the years 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dawn has obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2023, and the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2015.
