Joshua Holtzman

Joshua Holtzman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and recruitment industries. As the President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Board Member of Mitchell Martin Inc. since January 2019, Joshua has contributed significantly to the company's strategic direction. Joshua also serves as an Executive Vice President at Mitchell Martin and holds board member positions at Ascen and Interview&Co. As CEO and Co-Founder of InterviewJet, Joshua transformed an initial concept into a successful business, aiding over 300 technologists in securing employment. Additionally, Joshua co-founded Talent Tech Labs, which supports the development of talent acquisition technologies. An active angel investor in startups, including Ascen, Joshua has also held various leadership roles in specialized talent practices at Mitchell Martin and formerly co-founded Robot Recruit, a finalist at Techstars NYC. Educational credentials include a Certificate in M&A from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
