Lou Sprizza

Lou Sprizza has over 20 years of experience in ERP recruiting. Lou was the VP of ERP Recruiting at Mitchell Martin Inc. from July 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they held various roles at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company, including VP of ERP Recruiting in The ERP Group from October 1998 to July 2019, and Lead ERP Recruiter/Operations and Recruiting Manager from October 1998 to July 2019. Lou has expertise in SAP, Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SFDC, and has experience in managing ERP projects and finding staff for internal teams.
