Maria Paccione - Latella has a strong work background in finance. Maria started their career in 1996 as a Compensation & Financial Analyst at Citigroup, where they conducted compensation surveys and was responsible for competitive job analysis. In 1999, they joined Mitchell Martin Inc. as a Controller, involved in managing the company's financial condition and preparing income statements. Eventually, they became the VP of Finance, where they were responsible for overall reporting and improving efficiency within the finance and payroll department.
