Sailesh Hakimpalli

Sailesh Hakimpalli has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Technical Sourcer and Recruiter at Mitchell Martin Inc. since November 2018, where responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment and managing various interview formats for technical and non-technical positions. Prior to this role, Sailesh worked as a Senior Recruiter at CES from June 2015 to November 2018, partnering with onsite client delivery managers for IT and non-IT requirements in the USA.
