David Gallacher

David Gallacher is the current divisional director at Mitchells & Butlers. Prior to this, they served as the director of food trading from July 2013 to September 2019. From February 2013 to July 2013, Gallacher was the head of food category management. David then worked as the deputy divisional director at ARAMARK from September 2008 to November 2009. From November 2009 to February 2013, Gallacher served as the operations director for brand development at Pizza Hut UK. From December 2005 to September 2008, they were the regional director of operations at Pizza Hut UK. Gallacher then worked as the corporate responsibility director at Whitbread from January 2005 to December 2005. From February 2002 to June 2004, they served as the director of food innovation & development at Whitbread. Finally, from February 2000 to February 2002, Gallacher served as the senior food business development manager at Whitbread.

David Gallacher studied Economics at the University of Glasgow, before completing a Marketing course at the University of Strathclyde.

They work with Dennis Deare - Divisional Director, Tim Jones - Chief Financial Officer, and Gary John - Group Property Director. David Gallacher reports to Phil Urban, CEO.
