Graham Boddy

Graham Boddy is an experienced General Manager currently with Mitchells & Butlers PLC since April 2012, overseeing sales planning, manpower planning, recruitment, and career progression. Previously, Graham co-owned and coached at R&G Coaching Academy from January 2021 to August 2023, working with children aged 3-18 and organizing coaching sessions. Prior to these roles, Graham served as General Manager at Stonegate from August 2010 to April 2012, managing a local pub with sales of £7,000 per week, and held positions at Ember Inns under Mitchells & Butlers PLC from December 2007 to August 2010, starting as a Manager in Training. Graham holds a distinction in Public Services from Sunderland College, completed from 2001 to 2004.
